Clean Habits:
Blue Booties: This is a practice we first put in place in Florida and its well received in NY. If you don’t tolerate friends of family tracking dust and dirt onto your floors then we are no different. We’ll cover our feet as required or requested in your house to keep mud and dirt away from your private space.
Cleanliness: We clean up after and during each work event, treating your space as if its our own.
Efficiency:
Being on time: Life is short and time is valuable. It’s for this reason, we like to run our business on time.
1) Setting an arrival time to stick by (calling or texting ahead if any delays occur)
2) Delivering jobs within pre-estimated and efficient timelines.
3) Setting up work schedules that accommodate and respect your schedule.
Also, because time is very important to us, we do charge an appointment rescheduling fee, please ask us for details.

Having managed motels and properties from Florida to New York, we've learned to stay in touch with what people need. Respect for privacy and security are at the top of that list. Those qualities are the very key to our growth and your satisfaction. We mark and guard the keys on loan to us, just as if they were keys to our very own home!
